"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." Genesis 1:1
"And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars." Genesis 1:14-16

These are picture that have recently been released. I have always been intrigued by stars. The cool thing is I was recently reading in Genesis and read the above passages. What amazing reminders of God's power. and His ability to put subtle (and not so subtle) reminders of His power and might. Her created everything! And what a timely reminder to have the Crown image to be discovered. God created the far expanse of space. He named the stars. He clothes the flowers in the field. He knows every little thing about me! and He LOVES me so very much. He sent His Son to the Earth to live among us and He gave the ultimate sacrifice, His life. He died for me. This is what we are celebrating this time of year, is it not? The promise of a new life as a new creation in Him.
