This Year was the second annual "Oh, Mercy! BBQ challenge. Sadly we missed it. I am sure we missed some good cooking. The challenge is Kansas City Barbeque Society judged. However we have made a date to make sure we will be there next year! There was even a Chocolate Dessert Competition on Saturday! The proceeds from the event will support a Cancer Center renovation at Mercy Hospital. Yep! You can bet we will be there next year! Anyone else for some barbeque?
